Dunkin' - Medford

It's a Dunkin'. The staff typically get orders right, but there's a noticeable turnover with new employees coming in frequently. This is understandable, considering that customers are often quite rude.

The service was good, but it took a bit longer since I ordered a roasted sandwich.

It's quite unfortunate if they arrive before closing time only to find the restaurant already closed!

My coffee was wrong several times and in the rule I understand, except this dunkin always blames me. once the latte I got was so burned that I mentioned that the machine could have problems (I worked on a dunkin and this happened to our machine) and I was told that “Lattes are actually just strong” as if I were stupid. today I ordered an ice cream with milk and received in a round black coffee

I love the coffee the Best you can have the food is good
