Dutch Bros Coffee - Medford

1st time here, EVER! Our family was visiting from Michigan, and we were told not to leave until we tried Dutch Bros. Coming from a market overloaded with Starbucks and Biggby, this was a great change of pace. I loved the concept and the convenience of this business, the hospitality of the employees, and the first time customer impact that has me wanting a location in my home state!

I stopped by on my birthday this last week and the girl who took my order was rude, the people at the window were delightful though but my drink was absolutely wrong. I was on my way to an appt. And when I finally drank it it was a bummer: no creme de menth flavor and It was even the wrong color! Since I order it with white coffee if it's made right its green.

This place rocks I go here at least every other day or so...it's super addictive. The staff at every location is so happy and kind not only is the coffee uplifting but the energy of the staff is just as uplifting and important as the product they provide!! I hope this place goes far because they are a fantastic brand.

I have been waiting in line for more then 15 mins, and i am the car behind the window. There was no line prior to come here. there is absolutely no reason for the workers to be talking to the car for more than 5 minutes. People got places to be, this is supposed to be a fast service but everytime I come here they take FOREVER! By the time i get my drink it?s already melted bc of how long they talk to people in the window. Speed it up, this isn?t a sit down coffee shop where you can talk the customers ear off.

If you are not going here during the morning good luck getting a coffee in a timely manner. A few employees that work here think it's OK to have friends come through the drive through and hold up lines and still get orders wrong. They treat the place poorly, the outside is never maintained, the males that work here are the rudest entitled teenagers and the friends they keep are more rude and dumb. I'm done with dutch bros from medford. Disgusting show of being a business today. 20 minutes in the heat so tweedle dee and tweedle dumb can have a conversation about how they spend mommy and daddy's money. 099 MBA black lifted truck.
