Vim Thai - Medford

If you want Thai food in southern Oregon this is the only worthy place.

I visit a good number of Thai restaurants whenever I travel and this restaurant will be high on my list. The food was tasty, they have a rating system for spice level and I think most people should be okay at level 1-2. Great portions that facilitate sharing close enough to downtown Medford. ?

Unlike other Thai restaurants, this tastes like the food I grew up eating in Los Angeles made by people from Thailand. Rich, bold flavor profiles that differ in each individual dish has made it a treasure to sample every single item on the menu. My absolute favorite is seafood salad. It is unlike what American seafood salad tastes like. It is unlike any dish I have eaten.

We travel around the country and try to sample Thai food most places we go. This is one of the best places we have ever eaten. What a surprise in this part of Medford. The chicken satay was by far the best we've had in ANY restaurant. If you're heading north or south on I5, it is definitely worth the slight side trip to come here for a great meal.
