Texas Roadhouse - Medford

Tonight my son and I went in and our server was Brandi. She was great. She is very attentive, personal and informative. I had the main rib that was excellent. Brandi told me I could get an extra big salad because I don't have two pages. Everything about a great experience with Brandi tonight. I'm coming a lot, so I know I have to sit in her section next time! I'm sure she's a big facility for the store.

Loved the vibe of the restaurant. The dinner rolls were just as amazing as all the tiktokers said lol. The restaurant isn’t going for a high end steakhouse so the steak themselves aren’t the best out there but for the price point, it was amazing. I got the 12 oz ribeye with fries and green beans. It was cooked exactly how I wanted. The green beans had bacon bits in it and mushroom flavor tasty but a bit soggy. We also got the blossom onion and two margaritas with an additional shot in one of them. The portion size for everything felt very “Texas”. The total was about $65 for everything we ordered. I enjoyed everything especially the atmosphere.

Been a while since we've been to a Texas Roadhouse as we don't have one local to us. Joined the wait list before heading to the restaurant, so we didn't have a long wait once there. It did seem to take a while for our orders to arrive though. Food was good. We had the cactus blossom (bloomin' onion ripoff) for appetizer. I had the road kill and my wife had a steak salad. My only complaint is on the side of vegetables as the carrots were not very cooked, however the broccoli was perfect. My wife's complaint was that the steak was cooked too much and didn't have enough pink. Serving size was good and she was unable to finish the salad.

Ordered 6 ounce steak with ribs, mushroom and upgrade to loaded baked potato. Everything was exceptional except for the ribs. It was dry and overcooked so I only half 1/3. Will definitely go back for a bigger sized steak! And dinner roll was buttery roll with cinnamon butter. Good if you like slightly sweet things like me.

Good vibe, we enjoyed our food but it took an hour for our food to arrive after we ordered. The onion bloom was better than Outback Steakhouse's, they also serve you bread when you arrive with a sweet butter and you can take peanuts to go.
