I visited for the first time today and, to be honest, I was a bit disappointed. The cupcakes all looked quite basic, not like the creative ones you often see from cupcake shops on TV. The flavors were decent, but the cake itself was rather dry and not very sweet (which some may prefer). The staff was friendly and attentive, though. I might consider returning, but it’s not somewhere I’m eager to try again. They really need to work on making the cake more moist; it left my mouth feeling parched and in need of water.

When I called last week, she quoted me $7 for the frosting, but when I went to pay, the charge was $10.25. While that may not seem significant initially, it adds up when buying multiple tubes. I have previously ordered high-quality cupcakes and cakes from her, including the ones for my baby shower, which is why I returned – hoping for the same good experience. The younger staff member at the register was much friendlier and made the experience more pleasant. I understand that everyone can have a tough day, but treating a customer in such an rude manner is unacceptable, especially when I’m trying to support her business. After this experience, I doubt I’ll return again, despite having been a loyal customer in the past.

They made changes to the design of our wedding cake without notifying us. Communication was difficult, and there were several other mistakes. After the wedding, we attempted to reach out to discuss our negative experience, but it felt like a back-and-forth situation that was quite uncomfortable. It was all very stressful.

We ordered a gluten free wedding cake and the cupcakes company totally delivered. Even with the recent difficulty with supply chain issues they made it happen. The cake was incredible and I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely delicious Had our wedding cake ordered semi last minute and were blown away. Flavors were delicious. Texture was perfect! We left for our honeymoon and even enjoyed a piece 5 days later still so good! 10/10
