Wendy's - Medford

The Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken Sandwich Combo is incredibly spicy and absolutely delicious. The ghost pepper French fries are also spicy and tasty, and the 10-piece spicy chicken nuggets are quite good as well.

Everything was quite good overall, but the Zero Sugar Coke didn’t taste very nice; it seemed to lack syrup or something similar. Additionally, the garlic fries could have used a bit more seasoning.

I've ordered from here a few times in the past couple of months, and unfortunately, the chocolate frosty has been unavailable for quite a while. That’s disappointing! However, the strawberry frosty is fantastic! Other than that, the food has consistently been great, although they did forget the lettuce on my last spicy chicken sandwich. It was still delicious and hot, so I wasn't too upset about it. I'll definitely keep ordering from here since it's the only Wendy's in Medford.

Despite being a bit short-staffed, the team working today put in tremendous effort to ensure freshness and quality. During my previous visits, the service was slower and the staff not as engaged. However, today’s employees were incredibly communicative and helpful. I could see that everyone was working together efficiently to get things done quickly. They were a fantastic example for other restaurant crews, including Wendy's. I will definitely recommend this place!
