Chick-fil-a - Media

We stayed tonight for a grilled chicken sandwich and a salad, we waited for someone to pick up our order. No one was there, but we! a few employees watched us until the woman who seemed to be manager pushed one of them to take our order! The girl who took our order spoke very slowly and quickly and we repeated our order several times and it was quite clear that she had no desire to take our order! And finally and quickly we got a cold sandwich and a cold pommes with a salad and a drink! I was surprised by the low quality of the sandwich and the terrible customer service as broke by Chick-fil-a!

I live for Peach shake season!! The chicken is always tender and delicious The help is always helpful and cordial. Wait staff everywhere should learn to say, My pleasure. . It is so much kinder and in cync with a service job, than no problem

I bought lunch for my younger brother and myself. The order taker was very nice and got our food as fast as possible. My brother said that his meal was fine (he's severely mentally disabled, he always says everything is fine) and my chicken sandwich and mac and cheese were absolutely delicious and I really enjoyed them. I was able to find a parking space with just enough shade so that we didn't bake in the heat. It's extremely hard to find drive thrus in this area that have any shade near enough to them so that we can get the food, eat in the car and not bake to death in the heat. I'm definitely going to consider taking my brother there the next time that I can take him out.

The chicken nuggets were cooked to perfection. Nice and crispy. The fries were cooked but not burnt. The sun joy was very tasteful. The service was wonderful. Very helpful attitudes. It was an overall good experience. The parking was the only complaint very busy, over crowded.

The service at the restaurant is going down hill. I was there last week purchased a $29 worth of food only to get home and realize that the order was completey wrong. I called spoke to Manager about them correcting the error and was offered a replacement Salad a later date. I went there the next week received the salad but ordered other items as well. They totally gave me a kids meal and nugget meal with no fries . IM TOTALLY DONE WITH THIS LOCATION!!!
