Cool Beans Café - Medina

Disclaimer- I did not try their coffee, which may be great. I was looking for a light lunch and had a salad. It was mediocre (precooked chicken). Counter person seemed only to tolerate customers, not very happy to be there.

Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten free sandwiches that are actually delicious. I have celiac disease and have never gotten sick here.

Ordered an ice macchiato and I was hesitant to grab it since it looked like a cup of milk with ice . I asked the lady who was making my drink what was in it . She was super rude and told me it’s the macchiato I had ordered and walked away . I complain to the cashier and told her this was basically milk and ice and she was nice and tried to fix it . However it still tasted like milk and normally macchiatos are two toned . My coffee was super pale . So I asked for a refund which I got but the lady who was making the coffees was super rude and still talking about how she didn’t make it wrong . It was just really nasty of her to act that way and I was actually really nice about it and not sure why she had such an attitude. Most of the coffees they were handing out (lattes and such all look very milky like barely any trace of coffee. I wouldn’t recommend this place atleast for coffees and I guess the service . The cashier was nice tho .

Great little place in a wonderful little town. I ordered their chicken salad sandwich with cranberries, and a cafe latte. Very much enjoyed reading on my drive back home.

Love grabbing lunch here! I'm a sucker for that french onion dip. The team is always so friendly. It's also my go-to place for a cold brew. So delicious! Cool Beans is a Medina staple!
