Starbucks - Medina

Coffee was good. I got a caramel macchiato with whip cream. Didn't wait long either. Service was good.

Hung out here while waiting on my son to finish an activity. Drinks were hot and tasty and the staff was polite and efficient. I asked if the music could be turned down while I took a zoom call (with headphones) and they politely obliged. Great place.

Always great, anytime my order has been wrong they replaced no issue. (Doesn't happen alot) maybe 2 times all year and I go

The convenience of going to Starbucks for a quick cup of coffee or mocha is lost when you have to wait over 15 minutes. Why would anyone walk in an order a drink from the cafe when online orders trump everything. If I wanted to wait 15 minutes plus for a beverage I would have brewed a pot better tasting coffee at home. I 'm willing to pay for convenience, however that is the operative word. Also do you give the scones and muffins immediately, to tide your customers over for the 20 minute beverage wsit? I would have included photos but there was nothing to take a picture of.
