The best thing I liked about the the hotel is their hospitality, the old man standing there is very very concerned about all your needs and is very friendly, yet to find such people working in hotels now. Food is no doubt good and is enjoyable and sumptuous.

I recently visited this restaurant for drinks and dinner. The food and service were both mediocre, and the staff did not show proper respect to guests. The overall ambiance was average, and the seating area felt crowded. There is parking available, with the best access during dinner being by your own vehicle.

Been there lot of times before.,Extremely disappointed with the high headedness of staff.. they feel that the costumers r obliged to come..the discount they offer is the charity.. My foot.. Dear owner if u think that u will flourish, it’s ur mistake.. m an army man n I say it with full responsibility.. Ur staff was rude n so were the ppl on call..

Quality of food and hygiene at this Sagar Ratna is far better than other branches. Serve high quality Authentic food.Every Dosa on the menu is recommended.
