Chipotle Mexican Grill - Melbourne

UPDATE: I?ve just tried this location again, twice this week actually, and both times the portions have been substantially more. My second picture is of the most recent visit. They?re really cheap with their portions. The other location actually fills the bowl. Thought it might be a fluke the first and second time ordering from here but they are consistently underwhelming by the third and fourth time I?ve ordered. Too bad DoorDash only lets me order from this location since they?re closer. Really disappointed in this newly opened location.

Made an online order for 7:40 (at 7:00), we get there right at 7:40, was told they?re closing at 8 for NYE (online says 10pm)?fast forward, go inside to pick up our order and am told they don?t have my order. Ended up getting the scraps left at the end of the night, they had no chicken and was told by I assume the manager to ?just put steak on it? for those who had online orders for chicken. Kind of messed up for those who don?t eat cow due to their religious reason, you never know. Any ways, they ring us up and I let them know I already paid for an order online, the girl tells me it?s on the house and they comped it on their end, however I still ended up paying for food I did not get. I tried to call and speak with a manager and the phone just kept on ringing. I will be calling tomorrow to speak with a manager about this. I paid for food I didn?t get and ended up with bottom of the barrel food. Not to mention, the counter looked absolutely disgusting. Completely unsanitary.

Ordered a steak bowl and as a joke they only send me the steak. It was a handful of steak. Never again. They won?t even allow me to talk to a manager because they know how they are robbing people. Add up can see no other ingredients were ever in the bowl.

Saturday afternoon around 1 and it was pretty busy but moving fast. I ordered 2 bowls with the new pollo asada chicken. I liked it quite a bit. Had a nice flavor and you could certainly pick up the cilantro and lime. It was a little spicy for me but I do not tolerate spicy very well so probably fine for most everyone else. My husband said it wasn't spicy at all and added some jalapenos for a little heat. Disappointed in our large side of chips and guacamole. You can see there were barely any chips in there and they were very stale. I'd already scooped some guacamole out when I took the picture but there were several areas that were black and unappetizing. Our total cost was $26 so I thought it was a little expensive for the quality and quantity we got.
