Ember Oak - Melbourne

I really appreciated the champagne birthday toast! A very nice touch. The menu was fresh and original, the food was flavorful and fresh. Was a little underwhelmed by the “by the glass” wine list- very few imports, mostly highly recognizable CA wines. We completely enjoyed our evening, though.

Great for special occasions! The ambiance is great especially when they have live music!

The food had potential but was mostly cold. The risotto was ice cold, and our add-on grilled shrimp took so long to come out that we were waiting for the check and the shrimp. Then when the shrimp finally came out, it was cold. The staff was nice and did reduce the bill (we did not ask for this) but the kitchen was slow

If you have not been to this restaurant, you need to drop everything, make reservations, and get yourself there! The food was delicious, the restaurant is gorgeous, and the staff and service was so incredible!

I had Alexa as my server for the second time and she was great once again.
