The staff there are so incredibly rude. specially Middlw age female staff Wouldn’t go back there honestly even for fuel as they can’t even look at you while they serve you. They need new staff who have even a little people skills.

Please stay away from Menulog and order via Ubereat if you need anything delivered from convenience store. I placed an order with Menulog and got delivered completely different items. I tried to contacted Menulog since I received the delivery. All they said is they can’t do anything. In the end, I have no option but to contact the store to seek helps if they are able to contact Menulog. They have helped me but unable to get it sorted with Menulog instead gave me the items I ordered. The store and the staff have not done anything wrong since it is the Menulog driver delivered the wrong item. But they are very kind to gave the items I ordered instore instead of me going back and fourth with Menulog with the issue. Excellent customer service!

Rude service. When system was not functioning properly there was absolutely no apologies or customer service. Have experienced rude service numerous times. No customer greeting or any kind of pleasantries.

Middle aged female staff who stood outside the toilets on and around 4:20pm on Saturday 22 April 2023 needs to be fired. My mother filled up at the petrol station, whilst paying, she asked the staff across the counter if there is a toilet because my 90 year old grandmother needed to use the toilet urgently. The staff told mum that there is a public toilet. Mum went and moved her car from the petrol pump to the parking in front of the store, walked grand mother into the store towards the toilet, mum and grand mother was met with this rude female staff who told them that they could not use the toilets. Mum asked her why not? She responded that there is a “Wet Floor” sign which the sign was placed in front 1 of the 2 toilets which both are unisex. Right then and there, a man came out of the other toilet so mum proceed to guide grand mother into the other toilet when this female staff yelled at mum and told mum that she cannot use the toilet because she needs to clean it, mum said ok she will wait, the staff told mum she cannot wait, mum explained that grand mother who is over 90 could not hold it, the female staff continued her nonsense and wanted to argue when mum asked who was the manager and who she was which she never provided but then agreed to let mum and grandmother use the toilet. Mum went in with grandmother, used the bathroom, and upon unlocking the lock, this female staff pushed the door and opened the door and went on a rampage of insults and accused mum and grandmother for making a mess which was a complete lie. Mum felt discriminated against and in 2023 this should be taken seriously. I tried to complain to the store manager but staff are reluctant to provide manager’s details. This matter will be taken further with BP head office.
