Írjon visszajelzéstThis place is worth a try. I am a regular customer to this pocket friendly place . Lets just deal with a fact that authentic indian taste is available only in India . But this place is not far for being an authentic Indian restaurant. Daal makhani is my favourite and butter chicken is just a cherry on the top. They are serving best for the value. Give it a try , if you don’t like it then also its fine atleast not as expensive as other non Indian but Indian restaurant around
Food quality and quantity is good but very poor customer service. No respect for customer at all.. I will prefer to order online instead.. Very poor customer service but good food makes it an average restaurant.
When I saw the prices I wasn't expecting much but living in bentleigh with like 10 indian restaurants with a 2km radius from my house, this is probably one of the best I have had and definitely best value for money. Been twice and really happy both times. Will certainly be going on a regular basis.
This place offers more than its price. Curries are comparatively low cost but it doesn’t affect the quality and quantity. Highly recommend for nice Indian meal for people in tight budget. Staff are friendly.
02.07.18 : I was looking for a place to try and came across this new place in Bentleigh. Had a quick scan of their Menu and was surprised to see their prices. Tbh i thought that it was a bait switch scenario where they might be using very tiny containers for the food to balance the costs. But with some apprehension I decided to try it anyways. The place had very minimalist decor and the lighting seemed a bit dull as well. The menu is not massive but just enough imo. I ordered a few dishes for takeaway and was advised a wait time of 20 mins. Did some shopping and came back and was happy to see that the containers were still of a normal size and that meant that this place has the cheapest prices for an Indian restaurant that I have come across in Australia. Coming to the food, the Chicken Tikka Masala and Goat Curry were pretty good, I Loved the goat as it was tender and fall of the bone as it is supposed to be. Dal Makhni Paneer Do Pyaza were a bit here there and could be improved a bit more. Dal makhni was a bit too salty and the Paneer had overpowering flavor of onion which kind of took over every other flavor in the dish. I did not mind the Butter Naans at all as they were buttery and flaky, although some people might find them a bit too crunchy. The Paneer paratha had some good flavors but unfortunately the ratio of the filling to dough was way out of whack with too little filling. Still i would urge people to go and try this place as there are very few places who are not driven by just making huge profits like this one but delivering food to people. Can be very good for Students or singles who want to save on some money but still get some good quality food; just do not expect outstanding service or ambiance.23.07.18: Went again and tried some of the suggested items like Butter Chicken, Seekh Kebab also tried their Tandoori Chicken and Paneer Bhurji along with some Naan Tandoori Roti. I found their Butter Chicken Seekh Kebab to be pretty good but I found the overall quantity of these to be a bit meager as compared to other dishes. The Paneer Bhurji was ok but i found the Tandoori Chicken to be really dry for my liking. Would have preferred it be more succulent. The Green Chutney provided with the Seekh Kebab was really Salty imo.
