When it was time to pay, we again had to wait for someone to come to the counter. I wanted to check the bill because we had ordered a few extra items, and the woman seemed irritated when I asked about it. Our total was $90, and when I questioned one item, her response was, "Well, that woman over there in black is with you, isn't she?" There were actually two women in black, so her statement was confusing. I'm usually a generous tipper when the service is good, but she clearly missed out on that opportunity. Additionally, when she brought the pizzas to our table, she almost set them down on my children's plates, which already had food on them. I had to move those plates to make space, and there was plenty of room on the table to place the pizzas without that hassle. I called the following Monday to speak with a manager and felt like I was annoying whoever answered the phone. Her response wasn’t apologetic or appreciative; it was just a monotone, “I’ll talk to her.” On a positive note, the pizza was delicious, and I have to say that the service during my previous two visits was great.

The staff here is very friendly, and the bowling alley offers great value for money. It's just $2 per game and only $1 for shoe rental! I highly recommend this place!

Tremendously warm inviting owners. The Schifflers are amazing people! They made our hockey team feel welcome, despite being crazy teenage boys. The food was good, the beverages cold and tasty. It was a fantastic pitstop between tournament games and gave the kids and parents time to relax.
