Írjon visszajelzéstWe stopped at Kathy's kitchen on the way from Kansas City to Oklahoma City. It sits 4 miles from the 35, but it's worth the ride. The food is good, service is great and the prices are very good. I had a cinnamon roll, bacon and eggs. The bacon was perfectly cooked, the eggs were delicious. I absolutely loved her coffee and cinnamon roll. I would highly recommend Kathy's Kitchen
The restaurant is clean and nicely decorated. We got to Kathy's 30 minutes before closing. You would expect some disgruntled looks. Nothing of the sort. Welcoming waitress. My other half asks out of the blue for a non menu meal item. Waitress asks the cook, Sure we can! He even came out to visit for a minute. In times of fast food and serve yourself, it's nice to find a cafe such as Kathy's Kinchen!
The perfect spot to experience what small town hospitality and awesome made from scratch fare is all about. Don’t miss the chance to stop in if you are in the area. Recommendations: Breakfast burritos, chicken fried steak and potatoes, cheese burgers and coconut cream pie.
They make one of the best rubens, and THE BEST pie that I have ever had. I would higly recommend stopping by there for lunch.
It was disappointing that the restaurant was closed when we arrived late in the evening. Instead, we dined at the Blue Canoe next door, which unfortunately was extremely smoky due to poor ventilation. Our food took an excessively long time to arrive, and despite making a reservation for 7:30, we weren't seated until 9:00. The mixed drinks also raised some doubts about their quality. However, I'll give the place a second chance since it's a new restaurant. For Kathy's Kitchen, we plan to visit the next time we're in Melbourne to give it a try. In good faith, I’ll rate you five stars because I’m looking forward to having dinner there. We plan to wait about 30 days and try the Blue Canoe again to see if their service improves.
