I LOVE EMILIA?S!! They have the most amazing cookies (especially rainbows), cheesecake, croissants, muffins, and more! Fantastic service as well! Definitely recommend!!

We ordered a variety of cookies for a party and were a bit taken aback by the prices, which were quite high. However, we were hoping for a great experience. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the quality of the cookies. My main issue was with the fillings; they were excessively sweet and the fruity ones lacked a strong fruit flavor. For example, the chocolate flavor didn't stand out either. I would recommend that the bakery consider using less sugar and incorporating more real fruit in their fillings or jams. When we bite into apricot, raspberry, or strawberry cookies, we want to taste the fruit rather than just sugar. I might try other offerings in the future and will revisit my review then.

We got the pretzel croissant sandwiches which some coffee both were great. My personal favorite was the oatmeal cookie. The outside is unassuming but this is a great place. The staff was also quite friendly and helpful while we struggled to decide. Look forward to going back to try more of their pastries !

Ordered a cake and the rule was that we couldn?t order without paying. Ok, no problem. Payment given. I showed up to pick up my cake today and the person at the desk (Ashley charged my husband for the cake. He paid and I returned to let her know I had already paid. We took our cake and proceeded to our party next door only to have Ashley come INTO the event to ask me to step back next door. I went back and after a meaningless disclaimer, she asks to SEE MY BANK STATEMENT to verify payment. So while my child?s party is in progress, I?m next door searching bank statements to verify what I had already known. The policy is that one must pay upon ordering (or was that just for me? , yet the nincompoop who took my order circled ?not paid? on the form, resulting in a complete waste of my time and total inconvenience. When I finally found the deduction, I got a lame apology. To make matters worse, the cake wasn?t even good ?. I wish they had a more Professional approach to problem-solving. They owe us a sincere apology for overcharging us AND the inconvenience of disrupting our party to resolve an issue THEY CREATED.

Emelia always drove on the way to Mall, but decided to dive today and glad I did. Great people and good food. Chocolate chip cookies to die and lemonade best ever. New favorite bakery.
