At that point, he called over a coworker, who I assumed was the manager, to help him out. She started scooping some vanilla ice cream, then looked at me and asked for clarification on my order. I told her I wanted a birthday cake doughnado with chocolate chip dough instead of the birthday cake dough. After a lengthy discussion between them that lasted about five minutes on how to prepare it, she came over for me to pay. After paying, I watched her go back and prepare something that was definitely not what I had just ordered. Instead, I received a cup that was essentially just vanilla ice cream with chocolate chips on top—no sprinkles and no cookie dough in sight. Before I could address the issue, she turned her back to me and started chatting with a friend who had come in, completely ignoring my presence. I felt like I just wasted $7.25 on a cup of soft serve with chocolate chips. I've been to the same Ralph's before and received the exact item I ordered, so I know it’s not that complicated. They even had a poster with a picture of the product on display! Writing this out, I realize it’s not the end of the world, but it really frustrates me that the presumed manager wouldn’t acknowledge that what I received was nothing like my order.

I visited this restaurant tonight for ice cream, and I was very disappointed with the service! A young girl and a young boy were working around 9:30 PM, and when I said hello, they didn't respond at all. The girl was spraying a cleaning solution on the ice cream display while it was open, causing the spray to get all over the ice cream. This is extremely unsanitary! On top of that, their lack of manners was apparent. The customer service was terrible, and the cleanliness was concerning. I won't be returning to this location. This Ralph's definitely needs new staff as soon as possible. I'm very let down.

I love my experience every time I go to Ralphs, the workers are so nice and welcoming and the ices are even better!
