Baskin-robbins - Memphis

I have always been a fan of Baskin Robbins ice creams. This location is pretty close to my home. I love their chocolate fudge and usually I take it in the waffle cone. It was perfect.

I give this place a zero. Employees are horrible and don't know how to treat their customers. This Baskin had a mask mandate but the employees themselves never wore mask. I waited 15 min in line and then she refused service because of mask. Then she made all the customers stand in a line outside the store. Even the security guy was annoyed by the employee and asked all to come in due to the cold weather.

Went to basket robins lastnight to order some ice cream and i ask the guy did they hire 17 year olds and he said no but when i looked it up the age limit is 16 so he lied smh

Echoing everyone’s experience here. Ice cream was decent.The lady is beyond rude and disrespectful. She is constantly on the phone talking to someone (looking at the other reviews, she has been doing that for years now! and could not be less interested in giving my order. No smile, courtesy or basic etiquette. I am Indian and even in India this kind of behavior is unheard of. How is she getting away with it?!

Showed up to the store at least 20 minutes before closing time after a one hour drive to get there and was denied service because the employees wanted to close early because they had to defrost the freezers and they told me they did not want to stay any later to wait on them to defrost. I mentioned that I had driven an hour and there were still a couple of people in line to order and I was told that the person in front of me was their last customer. What a great way to show empathy to the customer. I won 't be back and risk another hour drive with the gas prices today. I am not really not happy about this at all because I drove all this way to get some ice cream for the kids and was turned away during business hours.
