I went there for breakfast this morning around 9:30 and ordered two breakfast burritos, only to be told they didn’t have any because they were preparing for lunch. They also didn’t have any hotcakes. Lunch doesn’t start until 10:30, so they definitely had time to make my breakfast burritos. The staff was rude and seemed quite lazy. I do not recommend Burger King!
Awful experience. I placed an order online using the app and had a gift card to pay with. When I arrived, my order had been canceled. I couldn't even go inside because the door was locked at 5 PM! They weren't busy, yet refused to let me approach the window to pick up my order. Very disappointing staff—simply lazy.
Additionally, the fries for all three meals were hot on the outside but solid and unappetizing on the inside. I was at the restaurant but I typically don’t return food since I prefer not to come back at all. In hindsight, I wish I had asked for a refund. If you plan to visit after 3 PM, I suggest you just skip it. Vegetarian options: Impossible Whopper.
Better check your bag and even unwrap your burger , if you don’t your going to be mad when you get home and see it’s wrong!!! Happens all the time. Store needs new managers and employees!!
First off, let me say that the workers here did their best today. But that 's where it ended. The owners/management of this particular Burger King must not care at all about their customers or their workers, because: 1. They let me come in the door, order, pay for my food, wait for my food, receive my food, and THEN... THEN... they told me that I wasn 't allowed to sit in the restaurant to eat. To ME, this is untruthful. There was no indication on any of the doors that it would be this way. 2. They had no ketchup. Huh? 3. They had no straws. HUH? Terribly run, I will not be back. But I 'm sure the owners/management do not care at all. I suppose they are making enough off of their drive-thru to be 'satisfied '.
