Chick-fil-a - Memphis

Customer service is great, food is not always fresh..For such a small setting the Food especially Salads should always be fresh.Very convenient but food should be fresh at all times for the price..

Rude workers. No eye contact. No ice in my drink. Ignored me. Worst experience I’ve had

Despite being extremely busy, the staff consistently checked in on us. The food was excellent as always.

It was undoubtedly a very enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend it!

The food was decent, though the selection was limited at this small location. However, the staff were quite rude, which was surprising for a Chick-fil-A. A very tall girl took my order, and when I greeted her, her response was simply, "What do you want to order?" It doesn’t cost anything to be polite, but it might cost you a customer. I’d rather drive to another location than deal with staff who seem uninterested in their job. On top of that, the medium drink turned out to be just a small drink placed in a larger cup. Considering that beverages are already a profitable item, it feels unfair to shortchange customers like that.
