Chili's Grill - Memphis

I ordered food from this restaurant through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, when it arrived, we found that everything was cold and unsafe to eat. We couldn't enjoy our meal, as it was inedible. I specifically ordered two servings of pasta.

The prices have recently gone up, and it feels like I am getting smaller portions for a higher price. Despite this, I still think the food is worth it. The price increase is the only downside for me.

I arrived at Chili's and checked in with the hostess at 1:24. I was told the wait would be 15 minutes. We were seated at 1:47, so not a big delay.

12/18/2022 Placed order online.My husband picked it up in the allotted timeframe (approx. 30 minutes) The loaded fries looked as if they had been reheated because they would not come off the foil and were hard and cold. The sliders were made using a cut up hamburger buns, instead of the roll that the sliders typically come on. The icing for this experience was the long wavy black hair found on my slider. I don't expect anything in return but that's sad that people spend their money for a service and get treated like this. Regular customer no more.

I was there to pick my wings order via it's my wings. Chaos is the only word and lack of customers service. There was a time when restaurant and folks who worked actually cared for food and taste. The wings I got were appealing. I would never eat again even if they were free. Wings were cold, fries soggy, and there was no flavor to wingsHalf were uncooked and did not have any flavor and the ones that did have was so pathetic that what can I say. Few years ago I remember chilli's had wonderful food and great ambiance and now it is a dump where all u can smell is carpet smells and fried food.
