ATTENTION DO NOT SHOP HERE. THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO REVIEWS AND CLEARLY HAS NO INTEGRITY AND ARE ONLY AFTER MAKING MONEY. It doesn?t pay to be Greedy/ Money hungry with poor service and product. I advise people not to shop here. This establishment has no integrity, no moral ethics. On Saturday 5/7/22 my family and I chose to purchase wings a count of 70 . Someone else in my family purchased wings and I purchased wings not knowing the other family member had alreadypaid and picked her?s up so when I found out I immediately called back within 10 minutes after ordering them and canceled my order. Keep in mind when making large orders like that they ask for their money up front which I paid with my debitcard over the phone. I requested a refund and was told there was no manager on duty and I was asked to leave my name and my number and she would let the manager know and I was told to also call back Monday 5/9/22 to speak with her to get myrefund. I called around 1 pm and was asked for the same information the representative on Saturday asked for and then I was told by the manager she would need to call the girl I spoke with to verify what happened and she would call me backkeep in mind they have caller I?d so from the time I spoke with the representative on Saturday until Monday and until now they are not answering my phone calls. The so called manager told me she would call me back and didn?t. So it is nowThursday and I still haven?t received my refund ???????. Being greedy and lack of customer service doesn?t get you anywhere. In this day and time you need to do better with the quality of the food and service. The wings that wherepurchased by my other family member from this location was terrible no seasoning it was as though they just dropped them in the deep fryer and sprinkled seasoning on them no marination at all and the wings were fried to hard. Very disappointed. Order some onion rings 1st they left the order and when I request a refund they said no refunds. So they made it also made it a large. But I was still disappointed ???? ???? ???? ???? ????

Love crumpy's wings on millbranch in Memphis Tennessee . Used to always make that pit stop coming from New York to visit family in Mississippi. If that don't say anything you're not a chicken connoisseur like I am.

I ordered the three piece WHOLE WING combo. The wings were so small they could've passed for hot wings. With their prices, they need to ensure their product is up to par!

Hands down the best tasting wings in town. 5 stars for taste and preparation. I would give them 3 stars for customer service. Too often they go for hours and refuse to answer the phone, or stop and never come back to the phone.
