Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches

Ordered thru the app, confirmed they got my order a little after 8pm. Around the corner from the store, it usually takes 20 mins to get my food, its been over an hour and the store is closed. Still no food. No option to get a refund through the app. All in all a negative experience. Probably won't order again. App needs a rate order option or someway to get a refund. Would give below a one star if I could.

This location makes the best unwich sandwiches!!! I tried another location, ordered my regular, and it was good. However, it was not nearly as delicious as the ones I've eaten from this location!!! I will only order from here!!!

Today I received the worst sandwich ever from the Jimmy John’s on Poplar … Usually I can see the tuna fish on my sandwich however this time my sandwich is mostly bread…SMH…!!!

The customer service could have been better. The gentlemen preparing the food were nice however the lady that took my order was bland. Almost as if she didn't want to be there and the other lady sat in the booth with the same bland look and attitude on her face as well. Besides that, the food was good.
