Kfc - Memphis

I ordered the 8-piece Nuggets Combo, and it was fresh and delicious. My food was delivered promptly, and I even got two sauces—what a nice touch!

I paid $3.11 for a large Dr. Pepper fountain soda as advertised, but instead, I received a can of soda. I expect to be refunded for the price difference.

The Jamal Murray pick 12-piece nugget meal was enjoyable, although it could use some improvement. It needs more flavor and could be crispier. The sweet tea was nicely sweet, and my daughter really enjoyed the sliders. Overall, it was a decent meal.

I ordered online. The app said the order was about 20 minutes. I'll be in business about 25 minutes after the order. Only for them until today that they do not have enough chicken to fill my order and it would be 30 minutes more. And they cut me two more pieces of chicken where I had to go back to get it.?

This KFC is terrible. They told me my order of 10 piece dinner would take 25 minutes, but I ended up waiting 45 minutes. I've been through the drive-thru three times, and each time was frustrating. If you're planning to grab a family meal, you better bring your patience because they definitely move at their own pace.
