Mcdonald's - Memphis

Customer service were awesome and my coffee was delicious the store were clean

The frappe machine is always down. The cashier forgot to give me my change, so the manager had an attitude when she had to come to the window. Then they made my breakfast sandwich wrong. The lady at the second window told me to keep the one they made wrong and they would make me another one the way I asked for it (no cheese). But the same manager, who still had a bad attitude, came to the window and asked for the sandwich back and my receipt. It was wrung up correctly, but they made it wrong. I don't really like McDonald's anyway but went because my daughter wanted to go. It just seems like no matter which one you go to, there's always an issue.

Always saying they are not taking orders at the moment.

Had family to come here and order food..from what I've witnessed..service is slow and they were skipped when we arrived before someone else did...

Just came to a 24 hour location, pull up to order with no answer, pull around to window ask associate if closed and she say no. Then another associate walk up to window and say we ain’t taking no orders lol a whole joke waste of time and gas. As a GM of a store, I can’t understand how people get away with stuff like this. Is there not a district/regional manager that check on locations?
