The staff here is fantastic—so friendly and attentive. Even though I was just ordering for takeout, I had a wonderful experience.

I would order the grilled chicken with extra seasoning every day if it weren't for my bills, haha! I absolutely LOVE the Neely's. They are wonderful people who truly care about the quality of their service. It's a real gem in our community!

I'm really disappointed with the service and the person who took my order. You mistakenly served me someone else's 25 wings, which had been left unpicked—these were hard and dried out. As a paying customer, I expected better quality food, regardless of how times have changed. Unfortunately, my family and I ended up with wings and sides that were unfit to eat. As they say, you've been canceled! It was a complete waste of my money and time. I'm truly disappointed because I know you can do better. I hope you’ll improve for your other customers. Nothing fancy but great food! The service was amazing. A little out of the way but that is the place where I go to get a great experience!

Passing thru Memphis and had to try some of some of the regions renowned BBQ. Coming from central Texas, not usually too impressed with BBQ from outside our borders but Neely’s was a tremendous surprise! Wife had pulled pork sandwich and I had the pork ribs. Smoked to perfection and falling off the bone! Been to many BBQ competitions and Nellys is right there with Franklins Salt Lick in Austin. Cherry on top is their baked beans…ono! Extremely friendly folks and I highly recommend this place!
