Pharaohs Lounge is a must try amazing traditional food with so many options for traditional and non traditional. Excelletn customer service and great atmosphere. Will definitely return. Thanks so much.

Food was great, the only pitfall was the table service. Whilst it wasn't really bad, it wasn't fantastic. In saying that the staff were young and possibly only new to the hospitality industry.

Was not approached when we walked in the door, had to walk up to staff. There was one other family dining for the rest of the evening. Asked questions about the menu, the waitress looked at us like a stunned mullet. She was nice enough, but had no idea what we were asking. Ordered two cocktails, the appletini tasted like a cup of lemon juice. Ordered trio of Dips and spinach pastries, they were ok, nothing special. Was waiting for waitress to come back so we could order mains. The other family had left by then and we were the only patrons, can't understand why It took so long. Ordered two beers and our mains, mains arrived no beers, so I had to go inside to ask for them again. Meat shawarma was burnt to a crisp, don't know what the chilli bread was supposed to be but there was nothing spicy about it, and the bbq king prawns were way over cooked and tasted like they had been dipped in a bbq grease tray before serving. Best part of the experience was the hookah if im honest. Extremely disappointing as the reviews on Google said otherwise and the bill came to $200. It was supposed to be a nice birthday dinner for my partner but I just left extremely embarrassed that I didn't pick somewhere else.

Beautiful range of food, great service and well priced. Really nice atmosphere.
