Shabby Chick - Mendez

I visited this restaurant for lunch yesterday and found myself struggling to decide what to order because their menu is quite extensive. Ultimately, I chose the Tapsilog, and it turned out to be a fantastic decision! The beef tapa was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The rice was topped with roasted or fried garlic, giving it a perfect golden-brown color. On the side, they offered homemade chili oil infused with garlic, which added a delightful kick to the dish! It's no surprise they had so many rice pack deliveries while I was there. I can't wait to return and try more of their offerings!

The Tapa was incredibly tender, juicy, and full of flavor. The rice was topped with perfectly browned roasted or fried garlic, adding a delightful crunch. On the side, they served a homemade chili oil with garlic that really elevated the dish and made it even more enjoyable. It's no surprise they had a lot of rice pack deliveries during my visit! I definitely plan to return to try more of their offerings.
