Mcdonald's - Mendip

On a recent visit to my local McDonald's in Frome Somerset my mum and I were fortunate enough to be greeted by Riley. What a wonderful member of staff! He was outside taking orders ahead of the drive through. He was polite, efficient and extremely cheerful despite having been standing outside in the cold for most of his shift. Thank you Riley

I waited 15 minutes for only 3 meals to arrive, and it has now been nearly half an hour - I have never waited this long before.

The slowest, smallest store in the world. Poorly designed drive through which is ONE lane all the way back out to the roundabout which causes utter chaos expecially Friday night and the weekend. The delivery service is a joke! Most of the time delivery isn't available and when our food does arrive it's always stone cold! At best it's luke warm! I always get upset giving my very excited 3 and 5 year old children their stone cold mcdonalds! Disgusting!! We have even ended up with someone elses order before now!! Yet we have no choice because the kids love it. Well it is Frome where nobody has a brain!!!!!

After a long walk we popped in it was very busy but it was lovely to see a lot of staff working hard and was very happy to see a lady going around wiping the tables down. Just proves the right amount of staff on work's better for a great experience. Well done to all the staff on today . Thank you and happy new year

Awful experience. Food was nice when we got it but whilst waiting a male member of staff was trying to clean out the bin which was leaking over the floor. He dropped the mop and started shouting and swearing then looked over and apologised as he seen we had 2 young children with us. Then he did it again, but there was a table of other older kids who he looked like he playing up for, maybe his friends! Wouldn’t eat here again, it was so busy aswell!
