The Refuge Menlo Park

The first time here, I think they can do better, half the food was cold, which is a little disappointing when it is a burger, and even more disappointing when it is cold pommes. The garlic fried had too much garlic maus that made them bitter. The sandwich was really good, and the soups were delicious. Maybe 5 next time.

Very friendly and efficient staff. We were a group of 5 and they pushed 2 tables together and sat right away. At the end of the lunch break (2pm) they were over half full. 3 of us 5 got ruby sandwiches, as the ruby call demanded that we try it out. It wasn't disappointed. The texture and taste of this ruby were the best I have ever experienced. Remarkably, the food was prepared and brought to us very quickly. Maybe that was just because of our slowing timing, but I was very impressed with the speed. It felt like the first person who had ordered to get their food before the last person had made the order. There were many free public parking spaces. We've stuffed and felt happy. We'll be back!

The nachos were huge and delicious. Also the (half of a) pastrami sandwich was great! The only drawback was that they were from the IPA that I wanted, but they had much more options on Hahn.

Decided to stop by here on a recommendation from a friend. Place has a very warm atmosphere, the staff have a friendly vibe. Came in during noon lunch rush, but still seated fast, drinks on the table before the menu even opened. The food came out very fast, but was hot and fresh. Decided on the western cheese steak with wacky fries. It tasted amazing. Had a great smell and taste. Fries did not taste cheap. The selection of beer wine and spirits takes up 3 pages of the 4 page menu. There's a drink here for everyone. Highly suggest everyone try it at least once
