Evie's Bistro - Menomonee Falls

Pretty brilliant and authentic food. The bar no longer worked, but the food was definitely worth waiting. The staff was somewhat deorganized, but it is a cute spot with delicious and authentic offers.

Mom and I stopped for the first time today. . The beef pho was outstanding! We shared the crispy spring rolls and garlic shrimp. We loved every bite. Heidi walked us through the menu and made certain our lunch very enjoyable. Thanks to everyone at Evie's for brightening a tough day. See you soon!

Wow, the pho here is excellent! The large bowl is perfect for sharing. I ordered the Bo Ne and didn't even think to add chili garlic oil until the end, which actually improved the dish even more. The service was outstanding; we received our food quickly, unlike at other places. Highly recommend!

We had a lovely dinner! We ordered spring rolls, a banh mi sandwich, and lemongrass chicken. The spring rolls were good, though not exceptional. The banh mi was delightful, with the bread being perfectly soft on the inside and nicely crunchy on the outside. The lemongrass chicken had a bold flavor and was saucy and delicious. We are looking forward to trying more dishes and having bubble tea again!

The customer service was absolutely fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. We tried the Pho and the beef with noodles, and both dishes were truly perfection! The Pho had a clean and light flavor, with just the right amount of salt. I will definitely be coming back. I wish more people knew about this place and their amazing Pho!
