We came to the s michel crêperie the evening just to take a quick snack that corresponds to the place because the portions are not so large. we had a kebab crêpe (12 €) and a coca (3,50 €) among other choices. The crêpe itself was special because of the buckwheat. texture and taste were medium, although it was a kind of specialty. for the kebab pan, the filling was as medium as possible, but the sauce was surprisingly balanced. but it was still random in the sense that there was no perfect connection between the trim and the pan. which is a difficult thing to solve. there are many types of trims and without trying a lot, it is difficult to say if they are really perfectly balanced with the crêpe on average. At least the kebab was not bad. but the experience looks slightly like a fast food. recommended if you especially want a crêpe of buckwheat among a fairly diverse selection and you do not expect a gourmet. Perhaps a little too expensive for overall quality and size of portions.
