I miss when it was the Kitchen; I can’t believe how much it has declined.

The food was very disappointing. The avocados were entirely brown, and the lettuce was wilted. There was only one employee managing the entire restaurant, and they seemed overwhelmed.

First of all, she couldn't make change for a $50 bill and looked completely overwhelmed. She also wasn't able to make a waffle and had to change my order after I had already waited 15 minutes. I ordered a turkey pesto caprese and was served only a sandwich with tomato, lettuce, and cheese on toast. When I pointed out there was no turkey, she took it back. Then, when I mentioned there was no pesto either, she didn't even seem to know what pesto was; when I described it as a green sauce, she still didn’t get it. I honestly can't believe they think it’s okay for her to handle orders and cooking all by herself. I can’t imagine how it would have gone if another customer walked in or if a DoorDash order came through. To be frank, it was a terrible experience, and I’m still in shock. I drive by this place all the time and always wondered why there weren’t any customers. Now, I understand why.

Eating here was a mixed bag. Pros: decent food (we ate an omelet, breakfast sandwich, club sandwich) and our waitress was friendly and competent. Cons: the place was very disheveled from the dining area to the bathrooms, there was food and debris on the floor; no paper towels in the restrooms; silverware was missing. Would give it 2.5 stars.

Nice people but not my fav sorry. The takeout is good and dining in seems nice but haven't tried. Kids like the pancakes and she said French toast is their specialty. I'm not a French toast person much these days. Veggie omelet last time which was a while ago was a bit greasy but otherwise good.
