Absolutely The WORST SERVICE from any of Chipotle restaurants. The employees at this location could careless about you or your order. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a month. Will NEVER return here!

Chipotle corporate, if you are reading this, you have this store and the willoughby location provide this densely populated area with the worst chipotle experiences anyone has ever had. I literally will eat chipotle anywhere else in the country other than this store and the willoughby one. You guys could make so much more money if these stores were run properly

The food was good, the inside was so dirty. We went when they opened up. Most of the drinks were out of order. I think I'd rather deal with the bad customer service at the Willoughby location, than, go to somewhere filthy.

THIS LOCATION NEVER EVER HAS FAJITA..... Worst managed Chipotle I have ever been to, needs new management and friendlier employees!!!!!

It is always something with this location. Out of ingredients, online order only, system is down and can't take orders, service is slow or just flat out stinks. And when I do actually get food, it's usually sub par. I always have a backup option when I go to this Chipotle, and most times I end up needing to use it.
