Great service! I ordered crabs and drove half an hour to pick them up. I was pleased to find that they brought my food out to me despite the pandemic precautions. If you don’t have a vehicle, you’ll need to wait outside for your order. The food was excellent!

The food is great, and the restaurant is always clean. They also have cable TV and a fireplace, which adds a nice cozy atmosphere. I really enjoy it here.

I usually visit this McDonald's at 5:30 a.m. about once a week since I work nearby. I really appreciate the employees for their kindness, and I hope they are well-respected by management, especially given the recent reviews. The food is always fresh, and I've never had any issues with my orders. I typically choose to order abbreviations, as it makes it easier for the staff to handle all the adjustments and get everything right. I'm grateful for this McDonald's, especially compared to the two locations in Painesville that have declined over the years.
