It's chain restaurant. As good as most Subways. The woman making the sandwiches was quick and helpful. The place was clean the only thing that was unusual is they were not selling bottled drinks.

It's a chain restaurant, comparable to most Subway locations. The woman who prepared the sandwiches was efficient and friendly. The establishment was clean, but it was surprising that they didn't offer bottled drinks.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. I visit frequently, and it seems like the staff, especially one particular person, knows exactly what I want after I have my bread, meat, and cheese! Yes, there are times when the service can be a bit slow, but when you're trying to create a spectacular dish for someone, it takes a little time. During my last visit, they were out of Tide Pods, which was disappointing, but perhaps it was a sign for me to cut back on my laundry detergent usage. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Scottie took care of our group of 20 all on his own. He ensured we were checked out as quickly as possible while being friendly, cheerful, and attentive. The food was fantastic, but the service truly stood out!

What really frustrated me was when an online order walked in just as I finally reached the front of the line. This customer also didn’t seem to know what they wanted on their four subs, causing me to wait an additional 10 minutes before I was finally helped. In total, it took 25-30 minutes to receive a six-inch sub for my daughter. I won’t be returning. Management really needs to take better care of their customers and ease the pressure on their staff by having an extra worker during busy hours. Losing customers in a small town can seriously hurt a business. My total cost per person was under $5 for the food, but I spent $100 in non-billable time waiting.
