Taco Bell - Meriden

I was only picking up a dash order. It took about 12 minutes which seems long but wasnt since there was only 1 person that i saw and the lot and line was extremely packed. Customer said the food was hot and fresh and everything was accounted for so I was impressed. I've worked in restaurants most my adult life and 12 minutes was super quick for the entire lot and drive thru being packed.

Always delivers wrong order.I’m tired of complaining this people but they never take it seriously.

Taco Bell is exactly what it is. A bit of guilty pleasure and I feel bad the next day. Especially when you're eating it past midnight. Unfortunately this Taco Bell just as much as the Taco Bell on East main, just as the Taco Bell on broad Street in Wallingford, they don't seem to listen when you tell them no sour cream. I hate sour cream, and they can't seem to not put it in after I tell them not to. I drove home before I realize there was sour cream in my burrito. It's never worth my time to complain about it

Arrived at 8:30 to be told they were closed and had no food ready

From my pov as a customer myself… food service is horrible. i doordashed and it took about 30 minutes and within that time they didn’t get my order right. me and my boyfriend were very disappointed. i would never recommend going here to anyone.
