Írjon visszajelzéstI went there a couple of times with my friends and family and have always been very happy about it. The food is amazing as in really good and very traditional. Their wine card is superbe and the service really good (not always the case in France). My favourite place in Merignac, highly recommended!
Those guys must run on extra battery packs! The crew serving was all over the show and no one could take our order or understand what we where after. (too busy, like the rabbit in Alice in Wonderland)Ok, the place is really trendy, Las Vegas like type of decoration which is really surprising between what you expect and where you are. (in France, at an airport surburb...huh!?).The people eating there were all business persons, obviously taking advantage of the trendiness place while enjoying some food.BUT, the food was rather expensive while not served generously. Very tasty though and borderline too eccentric. Stay simple! We would have liked to have some advice on the menu, or some consideration, but the staff was UBER stressed under the supervision of "Mr. le directeur".I think this is a sign of when you put too much emphasis on volume and not enough on proximity of your customer.Next time, I will go to Mc Donalds, where they actually present themselves as a fast food, and make you pay the price adapted to it. Worth another go, just to confirm or not the first "wasted" impression.
If you want a good alternative to the boring airport experience, the Parvis is a great place to be before or after a flight. We did so as we still had an extra hour to spend, and this is a really great place to enjoye, with a good up to date cuisine, nice combinations from salty and spicy, to great salads and based on local specialty food.Quick and friendly service, nice decor and very good price-quality experience. We were happy to have taken the little bit of extra time in order to avoid the airport rip-off...
We were looking for somewhere good to eat while overnighting nearby at one of the Bordeaux airport hotels. A cab into the small centre of Merignac found us at Le Parvis, which looked beautiful, and one glance at the food on the diners' plates was enough to convince us.Suffice it to say we were not disappointed! It was a busy Saturday night and the staff were working hard, but they were charming, helpful, attentive and very tolerant of our rudimentary French. The food itself exceeded our expectations and while far from cheap, was worth every penny. The only fault we could find was that the washbasin taps in the toilets were not working properly...hardly conducive to a hygenic dining experience. A small gripe about an otherwise impeccable experience. Hihly recommended.
