Írjon visszajelzéstWhen I called to request a refund, I mentioned that my vet sells a 30-day supply of pills for $20. However, the person I spoke with insisted that I had agreed to capsules (which I never did). He told me it was a compound medication, so no refunds were available. Despite the label indicating 30 days, he claimed they had provided 60 capsules. Now I have to confront him again to prove he is wrong. I've had three instances where I didn't receive what I ordered and was overcharged. Do yourself a favor and avoid this pharmacy. They claim to have filled the prescription as written, but that's simply not true—the script specified TUNA FLAVORED drops, not capsules. I'm now letting my bank handle the situation. It's time for him to retire.
What frustrated me was that this single dose actually worked, while the two previous, more expensive vials did not. This indicates a serious consistency issue with their compounding services. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them for these services. I suggest checking with other local pharmacies first to avoid wasting money and dealing with frustration. I’m not sure what caused the discrepancy, but it was clearly not an issue on my end. Additionally, they refused to remake the medication for me, insisting that there was nothing wrong when it was evident that there was. They do not seem to stand by their services, which is disappointing. Overall, this has been a costly lesson learned.
