I ordered an espresso with sugar-free vanilla and oat milk. Unfortunately, they added regular milk instead, which resulted in a very uncomfortable night spent in the bathroom. It's important for people to understand that when someone requests “no milk” or any specific food item, it’s often not just a matter of being picky—they may have severe allergies or other serious medical conditions. If I had been deathly allergic to milk, the consequences could have been dire due to someone not doing their job properly.

Today which is Friday Starbucks was packed with kids, they're everywhere , that's a fire hazard, they're sitting on the floor, standing, blocking the pick up area, I have to put my mask on that time. I can't. I know it's kids friendly, family friendly but it is not a hangout place, this place becomes their school ground, cursing, yelling and screaming kids.

The manager Carly yelled at my daughter for her Toruttes. my daughter can’t control her disorder. I want this girl out. my daughter got the cops called on her and her friends for being to loud but Carly did not talk to them before she called them. my daughter is so upset because she can’t control it and Carly made her insecure. Something needs to be done.
