The worst customer service at this location!! The cook is extremely violent and verbally abusive. You short lady with tattoos on her arm is uneducated and rude!! I will never spend another penny at this location. Go to the Harolds on Grant!! Look at the reviews!! The cook is a ticking bomb!! He has no respect for women!!Food: 3/5

I ordered 2- 1/2 dark chicken dinners with hot sauce on them and Lg catfish dinner hot sauce on the side. I told them 3 separate times hot sauce.I got it home the chicken had barbeque sauce on it. My husband is a diabetic and he can't have barbecue sauce because it has sugar in it. My husband was very upset so he took the 2 chicken dinners back. So he had to wait again for them to fix it. Get it home the second time all that's in the packages is chicken and bread and barbecue sauce on the side. No HOT Sauce NO FRIES. Really stinks you don't get what you ask for or what you pay for. The chicken is delicious. But I paid over $30 dollars for the dinners.Really disappointed Another time I called to order they didn't have dark meat. So didn't orderTime before that ask for hot sauce they gave 1 hot sauce and 4 barbeque sauce. No manager is there I've been there 4 times only seen a manager once. I won't be going back.

I call-in my order. It's a nice place to go and the chicken wings are great. I had them put mild sauce and lemon pepper on mine. Go try them for yourself when your hungry for some chicken wings, etc.Food: 5/5
