House Of Kobe - Merrillville

This House of Kobe is great. I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 10+ years and it’s always great service and the food is just as great. Even through covid they have managed to keep the experience the same as before.

The waitress was very attentive and kept our drinks filled. We had a party of 13, including a toddler. The chef put on a great show cooking our food. Very entertaining. Everything was delicious and so plentiful we all needed take home containers. Definitely worth the price.

Recent reviews had me nervous to return although we’ve never had a bad experience.. But I was glad we went. The portions were still huge, much more than one could eat! Our server and our chef were both amazing as well. My kids 7,6,4&2 love the food and watching it be cooked as well!

I came here with my fiancé and my mother. We had a good experience. The food is decent and our waitress was friendly and checked up on us regularly. The only thing is the sauces are salty has a lot of sodium. The meat tasted great. The hibachi vegetable was a little over cooked but otherwise everything went well. I would come here again.
