Mandolin's Bagel Coffeehouse - Merritt

Great coffee and bagels! Would have given a 5 star, but the breakfast sandwiches we got were very greasy unfortunately!Still good stop.

Stopped in quick for a coffeedriving through town. Wanted to support local instead of Starbucks. Coffee wasn't that good and the coffee cream alternative was the cheapest possible and reflected in the taste.

Mandolin is always a daily must-visit place when I'm fly fishing near Merritt. The coffee is excellent and the pastries are delicious. The owner, Cheryl, went above and beyond preparing delicious meals for my father while he was fly fishing so he had a warm dinner each night. Thank you...!!

Warm and welcoming, liberally decorated with photos of locals, engaged in ranch and rodeo, this fine establishment of 25 years is a recommended stop. The owners' collection of hockey jerseys compliments photos of the Merritt Centennials hockey team. Food is freshly made and delicious, rancilio espresso machine works like a hot dam, takeout coffee sizes are tall, grande and supremo.Sorry I had already consumed half the lunch when I had the thought of taking a pic of the ham and cheese melt on a bagel, and chicken soup with wild rice. Dessert was a fresh fritter and a macciato.Oh and there is a terrific little library and comfy couch!

This is a great place for those tired of the usual franchised options right on the highway, especially in Merritt, where nothing is right on the highway. Very good coffee and hot drink options. The apple fritters are a delight.
