Mcdonald's - Merthyr Tydfil

I have often used this maccy d’s with little to no problem, but recently had problems with them I order from the app and regularly wait 15 to 20 minutes for my order to come or I have to in. I must go into. say they must have given to order someone else's last job was that the camels after waiting broke I went to say in my meal, she must have on someone else I complained

I’ve been visiting this place once a week since August on my way to see my father in Cardiff. I always stop here after a long drive, but if McDonald's ever had someone who strictly enforces the rules, it’s during breakfast! Why don’t they serve breakfast all day? It’s a mystery to me, but for some reason, the cheese and bacon flatbreads aren’t available after 10:30. Why is that? Also, they never print a receipt at the self-order kiosks, and it’s chaotic every week!

I've been to three different McDonald's about eight times, and each time I visit, they don't have milkshakes available. They always say they're not serving them at the moment. Why is that?

The frozen items were cold, dry, and only half full. The staff was unhelpful and refused to assist me. Overall, it wasn't a pleasant experience.

No problems at all, usual McD fayre and service, friendly staff and easy to find somewhere to sit and eat. Car park is large enough for the eateries on site.
