Was a Wetherspoons pub. This pub has improved over the last few years and now has a good selection of real ales. No food but you can bring your own. Friendly bar staff. Sky Sports and racing on tv.

With everything that’s going on in the world there are much more welcoming places to go. I can honestly say this place has a very bad atmosphere. So many places are making such an effort this isn’t one of them.

1st thing youll b confronted with is 'youre not a regular '. Incredibly unwelcoming staff. The beautiful building intices you to go inside to see the interior and sample local ales but staff at best ignore you or are confrontational.dont bother

Used to be good (not so long ago) but now poor real ale and quite unfriendly. They don't really care though.

Clean and tidy, good range of drinks, bar staff were knowledgeable and helpful. A credit to the Wetherspoon company
