Red Lobster - Mesa

I ordered a whole lobster and the red shrimp. The poor lobster died in vane because he was grossly overcooked, mushy and tough all at the same time. The rice under the shrimp was also mush and quite unpleasant so it went to waste. The bacon bits on thebaked potato were like shards of glass and had to be scrapped of in order to eat the burned potato. The red Argentinian shrimpwere way overdone, dried out and for heavens sake take the legs off before serving them in burnt shells. They went way beyondpleasantly charred. The waitress and manager offered to send out another lobster tail but why kill another lobster when thecook obviously has no clue how to properly steam it. And besides, I ordered a whole lobster, not a tail. Tge tail meat was toughas shoe leather. The manager did discount the bill and I appreciated that gesture but it did nothing to prevent anothercrustacean from meeting this fate and disappointing another patron. The quality of this expensive meal was very poor but thestaff was very nice. I will not go back to this location. After all, they have LOBSTER in their name ! And the rewards appwouldn't work either . Sorry, I don't do Facebook so I cannot contact you via that Avenue. Thanks for your response

Red Lobster has improved significantly since my last visit a few years ago. Glad I gave them another shot. Our server Alexis was prompt and friendly. She offered specials and suggestions, and made sure our drinks stayed topped off. Our food wasfantastic as well.

The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. We have been to several Red Lobster locations, but this one was by far the best we've experienced.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was fantastic and the food was excellent. We were a party of eight who went there for dinner after a memorial service for my brother-in-law, as it was his favorite spot.
