The Beer Research Institute - Mesa

Find a night when they do their food pairings with their beer. We did the Halloween candy deserts and they nailed it.

I love stopping here before or after seeing a movie at the AMC next door. They have such a great selection of unique beers on tap. Every time I stop by, they have a couple of new beers. My favorite is the 480G. Their burgers and sandwiches are good. The green chili mac and cheese is top-notch. But you have to try the meat candy. Warning: it is very hot. If you can handle it, try adding it to the mac and cheese. It's fire.

But the tacos truly blew me away they're a culinary masterpiece. The fusion of flavors and unique ingredients in their tacos is a delightful surprise, making them a must-try. The ambiance is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a laid-back evening with friends or family. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their brews, providing excellent recommendations. Whether you're a beer lover or just looking for mouthwatering tacos, this place is a five-star winner!

I'm not an IPA fan, so the elections were somewhat restricted for me. I got a flight with Lolli (Belgian Blonde, who turned out to be my favorite. I also tried two lagoons (Vamonos, that was like a corona with lime, quite delicious! Rice Krispy Bois (camps like Bud i guess and Cherry Cordial Stout. Ordered a glass of Lolli with my nachos that were incredible. I tasted my friends Cowboy Burger and it was fantastic! I also loved the decor and how they performed the theme with cups for testing the beer! Service was also incredible! I just wish I could like IPAs so I could report them back!
