Burger King - Mesquite

I have been waiting in the drive they line for 10 mins already and still have not been able to place my order. The gentleman sounds sweet but omg get someone to help him out! It’s horrible! Horrible, horrible experience! I’m stuck in line with cars in front and behind me. No way out!

Explain to me how long does it take for you to wash, chop vegetables and jalapeños for a texas double whopper? Lazy and no excuse for it even if you can’t read a screen or ticket correctly. You can remember a toy for a kids meal, but not the small fry? Oh and straws would be helpful when people order drinks as well. Finally, maybe an attitude adjustment or just don’t even show up to work. Quite honestly I wouldn’t be surprised or care if this place gets shut down soon.

The service here is amazing. The overnight manager(samijae) is also very respectful. overnight employee Akeeland is also very nice and respectful. they both made sure my food was fresh without me asking.overall my experience here was great 10/10 would recommend. also be respectful to the employees and maybe y'all would have better experiences here...

Don't come here thinking that the place is actually open 24 hours as advertised, because it's not. I just spent 15 minutes idling in the drive through lane, after being told that they were closed but they they were still serving for Uber drivers, waiting for the car in front of me to leave so I could leave. This is after going to 2 other BK locations that also advertise as open 24 hours, and finding them closed. I'm never going to a BK again, it's not worth the trouble.
