Firehouse Subs Mesquite Town Center

The food is decent, but I'm not a fan of the setup with everything obscured behind a frosted counter wall, nor am I impressed with the menu options. However, my husband enjoys the food, which is why we keep coming back. I often place our order through the app in advance to try and minimize our wait time. I’m not sure if it makes a difference, but the experience hasn't been great. On two occasions, I ended up waiting at the store for at least 20 minutes past the scheduled pickup time, which is already 15 minutes after I placed the order. Overall, we genuinely want to like Firehouse and enjoy their food, but in our opinion, the wait times are just too long.

The unfriendly staff leaves a bad impression. The soda machine is consistently unclean, and you'll find yourself waiting to place your order while the employees behind the counter overlook you. The owner really needs to consider having their staff undergo Chick-fil-A training! When I spoke to the manager, he insisted that there was nothing wrong, which likely indicates that he is part of the issue. Clearly, they do not prioritize customer service. I will never return!

I was quite taken aback when we walked in and didn’t even receive the usual welcome to Firehouse. It’s shocking to be treated so rudely as paying and loyal customers. On another note, after placing our order, we waited 20 minutes for our subs, and one of them didn’t even have toasted buns—zero crunch. It was really disappointing. That said, I was so hungry that I still managed to eat it.

I love eating here! Violet is great, every time my dad and i come to eat here we always receive the best customer service and food is always great!

Misheard what I ordered ,and that led to them giving me the Hero not the Gyro. I tried to let them fix the mistake but it was 7:20 and it seemed only a few teenagers were running the place. Dont get me wrong they made the sandwich but i couldn't find the Gyro..... no cucumbers tatziki sauce or feta cheese. These cats just pit chicken mayo and a LTOP on a bun then gave it to me. Im beyond frustrated guess I'll eat somewhere else tonight.
